WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
– 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Deliveries are typically 1 to 3 weeks and international orders between 2 and 5 weeks.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in the U.S.A, some of our speciality items are located in other countries such as the U.K, France, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Taipei and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
If your item is shipped with a tracking number, it will be emailed to you at the time the item ships.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
